Hey guys, I'm in my 30s and I used to be a bit overweight in my early 20s but I lost it and was in pretty good shape for awhile, but I broke my knee and didn't keep up my exercising anymore for a few years, I'm not overweight at all but I started having ED issues, could the lack of exercise be the problem or should I visit a doctor?
It could be related to other issues, hormones, cardiovascular, etc. However, if your knee is in good shape now, I'd suggest to at least get yourself in shape, it'll help you in a whole lot of ways, including ED.
