ED can be of a wide variety of causes, it could be psychological, cardiovascular, hormonal, penile damage, fitness, arousel, etc. You shouldn't just pin it down on one thing, and you should also pay a visit to a specialist to see if you can get a proper diagnosis.
If you’re not having a problem masturbating, getting “Morning Wood”, or you don’t have any major health issues e.g. cardiovascular / weight issues, then you may very well have a psychological issue. How you fix it is something that you will have to find out once you discover the problem, sexual health therapy is also something that is becoming more common.
Sadly it's not all psychological. While there are some psycological issues you can have in regards to your ED problem (Such as over stressing yourself over the fact and all), it's sadly not something that you can simply will yourself out of. Your hormones, and your ED are connected through a series of other problems that are also based on your overall health as well. Personally, I'd start taking viagra pills. As there's nothing wrong with taking viagra to achieve an erection for your significant other. I'd still overall though consult with your doctor overall.
