A device that is used to provide an erection. It is composed of 3 parts: a cylinder, a pump, and a constricting band. The band is preloaded on the bottom of the cylinder, and the cylinder is placed over the penis. The pump, which is connected to the cylinder, creates a suction that pulls blood into the penis. Because the constricting band is placed at the base of the penis, the blood remains in the penis until the band is removed.
